responsibilities + controling

I don't really know if this was a test but now, i still believe it is. Could they have done this to test to test me in controlling the juniors, ALONE, and without other seniors around. How hard it was just to attract their attention to just say an announcement. Now I know why the teachers on stage keep getting angry to not get the attention needed. Do I need to have a rank to get attention in the band. And it's so DIFFICULT to make the juniors work together, so much for a metronome in front of them, and i put the metronome in front of the clarinets, whom slowed down the whole band, playing a simple song, "Sesame Street". Those who are playing the melody is drowned by the clarinets 1 beat notes. Those heavy and loud crochets, killing the melody. If the background music is like playing so loud, the melody people has to blow their lungs out to get the attention than leaving the background music take over the whole song, which is incredibly disgusting and noisy. PEK PEK PEK! I don't play my saxophone like that, do I? I wanna play my sexy-phone; don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful/sexy. Not! Just came back from meeting Ain, who is just stressed out at home, and now, she has a better curfew than me, :P. Don't action Ain, and I am listening to your mum's advice. I am gonna go to your house if you want me to study with you. - congrats Sabrina, yesterday was your anniversary right, I know, I remember (:
